Open the portal, choose a pickup window, set your preferences, and we'll be there. We sort by color, fabric, and temperature back at our facility, wash, dry, and fold, then bring it back during your delivery window.
Each customer's laundry stays separate — we never combine orders. The same care goes into a four-pound bag as a thirty-pound week.

The whole process
- Schedule. Pick a pickup window and a delivery window — same day or different days.
- Leave it out. Bag at your door at the start of the window. No need to be home.
- We sort. By color, fabric, and temperature — never mixed with other customers.
- We wash. Using your saved preferences, every time.
- We fold and package. Carefully — like we'd want our own clothes returned.
- We deliver. Within the window you picked. Reschedule anytime if life changes.
Pricing
Wash & Fold is $1.95/lb, and Wash & Fold Same Day is $2.95/lb. Fixed-price items include comforters at $23.50/unit, dog beds and sleeping bags at $22/unit, and rugs by size. Prices subject to change — the portal shows current rates at checkout.
Where we pick up
We run routes across Austin, with the strongest density around our two locations — Allandale (Justin Lane) and North Austin (Cedar Bend). Enter your address in the portal to confirm windows.
